Who We Are....

Shan Dassanaike F.FISP

Founder & Managing Director

Shan is a people orientated person with over 20 years’ experience in supporting boards, developing management teams and training sales and operations teams across a range of industries.  

In 2021, Shan founded Pride Partnerships so that he could focus his skill set on adding real value to businesses across a range of sectors.  His clients all wanted to scale sustainably, but required a different approach to a particular challenge.  

Shan soon saw the value in combining his services with his network of experts to deliver comprehensive "joined up" solutions.  Our Services page reflects this network of expertise.

Shan has a wealth of experience in evaluating financial reports, scrutinising processes and delivering sales strategies that provide his clients with robust, realistic and creative solutions that improve profitability, create strong foundations and allow for real scalability in businesses of any size. 

Whether his client is a new start up, or an established business Shan can provide important insights, and develop a clear plan of action to help your business succeed.

Shan has been advising clients within the private and public sector for over 20 years, and has been involved in projects ranging from modest residential schemes to major national infrastructure developments across the UK, with a GDV of over £250m.  

In addition to his core profession as a Sales expert, Shan's real estate experience and understanding of the planning process, developed strong credentials and a reputation for identifying the right consultants for a project and ensuring budgets are realistic and managed throughout the planning process.  

Added experience in contract negotiation, site acquisition, and exit strategies ensures his clients are protected throughout the process.

In partnership with investors and industry experts across Europe, India, Sri Lanka, China and North America, Shan has helped deliver his client’s growth strategies beyond the UK market.  He has managed land and property portfolios, advising on strategic land opportunities for private landowners, pension funds and PLC’s.
